NHJS Early Learning Centre Celebrates Its First-Ever Kindergarten 2 Commencement
On 5 June 2026, NationalHigh Early Learning Centre proudly marked a historic milestone as it celebrated its first-ever Kindergarten 2 Commencement Ceremony. The occasion was a heartfelt celebration of achievement, growth, and new beginnings, commemorating the successful completion of our Kindergarten 2 students’ two-year journey in the Pre-Primary programme.
The ceremony was both solemn and joyful, bringing together students, parents, teachers, and members of the NationalHigh community to honour this significant chapter in the lives of our young learners. Filled with smiles, proud moments, and heartfelt reflections, the commencement recognised not only the children’s academic accomplishments but also the personal growth they demonstrated throughout their early years of
learning.
Over the past two years, our Kindergarten 2 graduates have embraced every opportunity to explore, discover, collaborate, and grow. Through engaging learning experiences, meaningful friendships, and the unwavering guidance of their teachers, they have developed the confidence, curiosity, resilience, and character that will serve as the foundation for future success.
As the first graduating class of NHJS Early Learning Centre, these young pioneers have set a wonderful legacy for the generations of learners who will follow. Their journey reflects the school’s commitment to nurturing the whole child through a caring, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their fullest potential.
The celebrations continued with another memorable milestone for the NationalHigh Early Learning Centre community—the staging of its first-ever full musical production, Alice in Barnyard Moosical Land. Bringing together all students of the NHJS Early Learning Centre, the production showcased the confidence, creativity, teamwork, and talents that had been nurtured throughout the school year.
The delightful musical followed Alice on her next exciting adventure as she races after the White Rabbit into the whimsical world of Barnyard Moosical Land, where she encounters a lively cast of kooky farm animals preparing to stage a fun-filled musical of their own. Bursting with colourful costumes, lively songs, energetic dances, and heartwarming performances, the production delighted families and guests while giving every
child the opportunity to shine on stage.
More than just a performance, Alice in Barnyard Moosical Land celebrated the spirit of cooperation, imagination, and joyful learning that defines the NHJS Early Learning Centre experience. It was a fitting conclusion to a day that honoured both the achievements of our Kindergarten 2 graduates and the collective accomplishments of the entire ELC community.
