Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration
十月十日的傍晚，校园的上空渐渐亮起了一盏盏彩灯。我们的学校迎来了每年最热闹的活动——中秋庆祝 晚会。那天的空气里带着节日的味道，既有月饼的甜香，也有笑声的温度。操场上人山人海，家长、老师、学生都穿上了节日的服装，整个校园像一幅五彩的画卷，充满了欢声笑语。
On the evening of October 10th, the sky above our school gradually lit up with colourful lanterns. Our school welcomed one of its most festive occasions of the year — the Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration. The air was filled with the fragrance of mooncakes and the warmth of laughter. The playground was crowded with parents, teachers, and students dressed in bright holiday clothes. The entire campus looked like a vivid
painting, filled with color, music, and joy.
晚会在欢快的音乐中拉开序幕。开场节目是由低年级的小朋友表演的舞蹈，他们一身红衣，动作整齐可 爱，立刻点燃了全场的气氛。每一个节目结束，掌声、欢呼声此起彼伏，家长们纷纷举起手机记录下孩子 的风采。那一刻，灯光与笑容交织成一片温柔的光海。
The evening began with lively music. The opening performance — a dance by lower-grade students in bright red costumes — instantly set the stage ablaze with excitement. After each performance, waves of applause and cheers filled the air as parents eagerly raised their phones to capture the moment. In that light, smiles and spotlights intertwined into a sea of gentle radiance.
除了节目，操场四周的美食区更是人气爆棚。香气四溢的汉堡、清甜的冰饮、以及各种口味的月饼，让人 眼花缭乱。老师和家长们一边品尝美食，一边闲聊；孩子们则在游戏区兴奋地排队，笑声不断。
Around the playground, the food stalls were just as popular. The aroma of burgers, the sweetness of icy drinks, and the wide variety of mooncakes dazzled everyone. Teachers and parents chatted and laughed as they enjoyed the food, while children lined up excitedly at the game booths, their laughter ringing through the night.
夜色渐深，最令人期待的环节终于来了——烟花表演。随着“砰”的一声巨响，绚丽的烟花腾空而起，照亮了 整个夜空。红的、紫的、金的光芒绽放在空中，像一朵朵盛开的花。孩子们惊喜地叫着，家长们也忍不住 抬头凝望。那一刻，所有的欢笑与感动都融进了那片闪烁的夜色里。
As night deepened, the most anticipated moment arrived — the fireworks show. With a loud boom, colourful fireworks burst into the sky, lighting up the night. Red, purple, and golden sparks bloomed like flowers. Children cheered in wonder, and parents gazed upward in awe. In that shining moment, laughter and emotion melted into the glowing night sky.
这场中秋晚会不仅是一场节日的庆典，更是一场心与心的相聚。它让我们在忙碌的生活中停下脚步，感受 团圆的意义，体会相聚的幸福。正如那轮圆月，它温柔地照亮了校园，也照亮了每个人的心。
This Mid-Autumn celebration was more than a festive event — it was a gathering of hearts. It reminded us to pause in our busy lives, to feel the meaning of reunion, and to cherish the happiness of togetherness. Like the full moon above, it gently lit up our campus — and the hearts of everyone beneath it.
